Where we deliver

We deliver to business and residential addresses across the United Kingdom only.

Delivery costs and times

• Standard UK delivery: £4.99, or free on orders over £50.
• Delivery time: within 5 to 10 working days.
• Software licences: no delivery charge. Your licence key is sent by email.

Large, heavy or palletised items, such as server racks and rack-mount UPS units, may need a specialist courier. If so, we'll contact you to confirm any extra cost before dispatch.

Configured-to-order items, such as servers built to your specification, have lead times confirmed in your quote.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Tracking

When your order is on its way, we'll send you an email with tracking details where the courier provides them.

Damaged or missing items

Please check your delivery when it arrives. If the packaging is visibly damaged, note this when you sign for it. Let us know about any damaged, missing or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll put it right.
