Changed your mind?

Business customers: you can return unused items in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us first for a returns number. Returns sent without one may be delayed. Return delivery costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. If an item has been opened but is unused and complete, we may still accept it, and we'll confirm any restocking charge before you send it back.

Consumers (buying for personal use): under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. Tell us within that period, then return the goods within a further 14 days. We'll refund the price and standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the goods back. Unless the item is faulty, you pay the cost of returning it.

Items we can't accept back

  • Items configured, built or ordered specially to your specification, such as configure-to-order servers, unless they are faulty.
  • Consumables such as labels, ribbons and RFID tags once the packaging has been opened, unless they are faulty.
  • Software and licences once activated.

Faulty or damaged items

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund, including return delivery.

After that, faults are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We'll help you make a claim, or deal with the manufacturer on your behalf. Consumers also keep their full rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Refunds

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method, normally within 5 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

How to return an item

  1. Contact us with your order number and the items you want to return.
  2. We'll send you a returns number and the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely, ideally in its original box, with the returns number clearly marked.
